Last updated: 18 September 2026

01

About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Senbrio and its related websites, applications and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Senbrio is currently operated by its founding team in Australia. For the purposes of these Terms, “Senbrio”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the operators of the Senbrio service.

Xiao Cheng is the designated contact for legal and support enquiries relating to these Terms.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Senbrio on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

02

Who May Use Senbrio

Senbrio is designed primarily for beauty businesses and their authorised team members.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a business account.

You are responsible for ensuring that anyone you allow to access your Senbrio account complies with these Terms.

03

The Senbrio Services

Senbrio provides software designed to help beauty businesses manage areas such as appointments, online booking, client relationships, business information, websites, insights, communications and automation.

Available features depend on your subscription plan and may change as the Services develop.

Senbrio provides technology and software infrastructure. We do not provide hair, beauty, wellness or other services booked by clients through businesses using Senbrio.

04

Accounts and Authorised Users

You must provide accurate and current account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account by you and your authorised users.

If you believe your account or login credentials have been compromised, you should notify Senbrio promptly.

05

Subscription Plans and Fees

Senbrio offers different subscription plans with different features, usage limits and pricing.

Current plan details and prices are displayed on our Pricing page or during signup. The price shown when you subscribe will apply to your subscription unless we notify you of a future price change in accordance with these Terms.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, Senbrio subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Additional services, users, bookable staff or other optional features may result in additional charges where clearly disclosed.

06

Free Trials

Some Senbrio subscription plans include a free trial. The applicable trial period will be shown when you sign up.

Unless you cancel before your free trial ends, your trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

You may cancel at any time during your trial to prevent the first subscription charge.

Starting a free trial does not guarantee that every current or future Senbrio feature will be available during the trial.

07

Billing and Payment

You authorise Senbrio and its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees and other charges you have authorised.

You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment information current.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may ask you to update your payment method and may restrict access to paid features until the outstanding amount is resolved.

We will not knowingly charge you for services you have cancelled after the applicable subscription period has ended.

08

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Senbrio subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You may continue using the features included in your subscription until that period ends.

We do not normally provide prorated or change-of-mind refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.

This does not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy that you may be entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

09

Changes to Plans and Pricing

We may change subscription plans, included features or pricing as Senbrio develops.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change applies to you.

Price changes will not retrospectively alter amounts already paid.

If you do not wish to continue under a notified new price or materially changed plan, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

10

Bookings and Your Clients

Senbrio helps businesses manage and receive bookings, but the business remains the provider of the underlying service booked by the client.

You are responsible for your services, prices, staff, availability, descriptions, cancellation policies, service quality and communications with clients.

Any dispute relating to the actual hair, beauty or other service provided by your business is between you and your client, except where Senbrio has an independent legal responsibility.

11

Client Payments and Deposits

Senbrio does not currently process payments, deposits, tips, refunds, cancellation fees or other payments made by clients to businesses for appointments or services.

Any such payment arrangements are made directly between the business and its client using payment methods outside Senbrio.

If Senbrio introduces payment-processing functionality in the future, additional terms may apply and will be disclosed before businesses use that functionality.

12

Client Data and Privacy

Businesses may provide Senbrio with client information in order to use features such as booking, CRM, communications and business insights.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, use and provide that information to Senbrio.

You must use client information through Senbrio only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy, marketing and communications laws.

Senbrio's handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13

Business Content

You remain responsible for content that you or your authorised users upload, publish or provide through Senbrio, including business descriptions, service information, prices, staff profiles, photographs and other materials.

You retain ownership of your content.

You give Senbrio a limited licence to host, store, reproduce, display and process your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate and improve the Services.

You must not upload content that is unlawful or that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

14

Senbrio Intellectual Property

Senbrio and its licensors retain all rights in the Senbrio software, technology, branding, designs, interfaces, documentation and other materials created by or for Senbrio.

Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services for your business while your account remains active.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit Senbrio technology except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by us.

15

AI and Automated Features

Some Senbrio features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning or automated systems to identify patterns, generate suggestions, assist communications or recommend business actions.

AI-generated or automated outputs may not always be accurate, complete or appropriate for every client or situation.

You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on or act on recommendations produced by Senbrio.

Senbrio does not guarantee that AI features will produce any particular level of revenue, bookings, retention or other business result.

16

Acceptable Use

You must not use Senbrio to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Services, access another user's account without permission, distribute malware, scrape the Services in an unauthorised manner, or use Senbrio to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

We may take reasonable action to protect Senbrio, our users and their clients from security threats or misuse.

17

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, a serious security risk, unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably practicable, and where the issue can be corrected, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before permanently terminating an account.

When your subscription ends, access to paid features will end in accordance with your billing period.

Our handling and retention of personal information after account closure will be governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

18

Availability and Third-Party Services

We aim to keep Senbrio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

From time to time, maintenance, updates, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Senbrio may rely on third-party infrastructure or services. Those providers may have their own terms and policies.

Where reasonably possible, we will take appropriate steps to restore affected Senbrio services.

19

Australian Consumer Law and Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senbrio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from your business decisions, inaccurate information supplied by you or your users, services provided by your business to clients, or third-party services outside Senbrio's reasonable control.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.

20

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Senbrio, applicable laws or our business practices change.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect.

If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change becomes effective.

21

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact Senbrio first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights available under applicable law.
